I'll never accept this. NEVER.
I'm also done paying federal income tax. I'll let it pile up then use one of those tax attorneys and negotiate it to pennies on the dollar before I eventually abscond to a Caribbean Island and sell drinks on the beach.

They joys of self employment, I have no plans of paying anything but sales tax for the rest of my life, file a loss and collects refund yearly...

You can cheat, steal, murder, etc. and your corrupt buffoons in DC will protect you!
This is the new AMERICA.....you wanted it, you got it!

How would you file a loss every year? I get being generous with write offs but... I’ve never been able to swing that.

Yep. I work full time 50-60 hour weeks and started a small business on top of it in early 2020. The hits I take on my 1099 will now negate the taxes I pay from full time employment starting this year.
Probably one of the best things I've ever done for myself. The expenses you can write off for small business are unbelievable.

He can just claim that he supports BLM and ANTIFA so that the law won’t apply to him.

We're at an audit risk because my wife reported a loss in 2020 after not reporting a loss in 2019, like she didn't go 3 months without income FFS.

My wife started her business in mid-2016. She didn't turn a profit until after year 3.

I doubt it. If he doesn't owe 6 figures, own a company,LLC, ect and doesn't file. It will take them years to catch him. The down side is that he won't be able to get a mortgage, a business loan ect.
I knew a guy years ago making good $ (for back then) who hadn't filed for 20 years. Company took out taxes he just never filed. Don't know where he is now lost touch.
