Update:
Welp, looks like like the Louisiana House of Representatives adjourned for the weekend before HB 475 could be considered, despite five other bills on the Third Reading and Final Passage docket with it were considered.
Back to work on Monday, as LA Legislators love their three day weekends, then suddenly cram and panic to get a budget passed in the final 48 hours of session.
