I’m fine with (R)Daniel Cameron, but we don’t really NEED a different governor than the one we have. (D)Andy B is the only likable D alive today; a lot of republicans here like him. Better than the goon 4 years ago that lost to Andy.

Daniel can be a very good governor, no doubt; but I believe that Andy could , if reelected, inevitably end up in DC, and HOPEFULLY bring the D’s back towards the middle.

Getting ready to head out to vote for Cameron in 10 minutes.

Beshear is not a moderate Democrat. He is a COVID tyrant who supports child gender mutilation and is obsessed with "equity". He just puts on a good face for the camera.

FYI. I'm here in KY. My wife told me she saw a group of protesters outside a Catholic Grade school the other day with a large banner reading "protect queer children" and "Vote Beshear"

I'm not sure if it was the same group. But the same Catholic Church/School had a large banner out front that said "Vote Pro-Life", and someone came by and tore it down later in the day.

Beshear is no moderate, and neither are his base.

Every sentence you uttered is complete nonsense, including the last one bc he looks like a fuglier dorky version of Tucker Carlson. Andy has kept the common sense R’s happy in the bluegrass.

Me, idgaf about anyone’s affiliation with whatever dumb shite party they choose to join. Show me what you’ll do in office so I am informed before Election Day. If they do a bad job, or do the opposite of what they promised, I will consider that in the booth, and vote the other way. I just haven’t seen enough from Daniel Cameron to move away from voting for the incumbent governor who is doing a fine job leading my state.

Can Daniel do better? MAYBE, but I can’t see the future. I vote based on what I see and know. Not dumb shite party letters.

If he goes to DC, his level of overt progressivism will only escalate.

You came to this conclusion based on your wife claiming she saw protestors near a Catholic grade school?

Sure, Jan.

You're voting for a guy who unilaterally tried to implement a mask mandate for 2 year olds in daycares, until a federal judge shot it down and called it tyrannical.

What has he done that you like? Sign legislation sent to him like the income tax reduction that he had no part in? You know what I HATE about him? Early on in COVID he stationed police outside of a person's home to ensure he didn't leave and had cops monitor churches. He shut down schools and kept them shut down for far too long. He support increasing the number of people on Medicaid - we went from ~1.1 million Medicaid recipients in early 2020 to 1.6 million today. He vetoed legislation to ban the genital mutiliation of children and another one to protect girls' sports. He is also all in on DEI. If you work for, at least one cabinet in the executive branch when you hire you have to ask questions about poverty and race.

frick Andy Beshear.

I would speculate they're pretty good. Beshear will win with flying colors.

Kentucky had a right-wing republican governor a few years ago and rejected his reelection bid in favor of the mainstream Beshear. Kentucky, like other "swing states", is purple, not Trumpy.

Lol. I came to that conclusion on him being with Biden on every policy 100%. Him blocking bills for boys playing girl sports, blocking child mutilation bills, him spying on people at Easter Church Services, him forcing 2 year olds into masks (still to this day), him locking schools down for 2 years and forcing mask and vax mandates. Him being a gun grabbing Marxist. Should I go on?

Muh Moderate Andy, derr

For being the son of a very popular former governor Andy Beshear has won every one of his elections by less than 10,000 votes. Hell, he only won in 2019 by ~5200 votes against a man who was hated in KY because he was "mean" and attacked teachers who were striking.

This is insane.

My man.

ETA: It's not even just him spying on people at Easter Services. It's that he said churches could not even hold in-person Easter Services. You know, the most important Christian holiday.

There is not an order or demand from DC that Beshear would not be in complete lockstep with.

Ge gets to run cover behind a Republican legislature and pretend to be "muh moderate Andy", that "muh vote for best canidate, not Party" people who think that makes them some sort of free thinking intellectual can vote for him.

A vote for Beshear is no dofferent than Biden or any other Democrat
