Marijuana use? I was speaking on marijuana access and legalization.

So ... you see ... there you have it ...the pot-heads want their weed to be legal ... but, want no accountability.
They'll become like the gays ... even after weed is legal ... they'd keep pushing ... for something else.
Mark it down.

Your proposed standards for accountability were absurd.
It should be treated equally with alcohol and tobacco.

Except your proposal violates the constitution. Sorry.

Id love to hear some positives from drinking alcohol , any time somebody wants to prove their motor skjills while drunk vs high , let me know. Most people that oppose leagalization are the same jackasses that get hammered drunk and drive home, and have never smoked pot in their life. Spare me your hipocricy.

heightened senses that allows the user to have a more enjoyable experience when listening to music, being out in nature, eating and just about every entertaining aspect in life.

Well, a less stressful life, for one. I'm sure that's pretty positive.
it can produce the same benefits of a prozac or other such narcotic. Its obviously not physically good, especially for the lungs, but its also not as bad as long term narcotic use/abuse. The mental benefits for some people can actually lead them to do things such as working out through pain/arthritis, arguably helping people physically. Not science, just my opinion, but I think moderation and leisure is helpful to people, especially those who do not want to use alcohol.

I think everyone agrees that kids should not be smoking but at the monument we are doing a worse job keeping weed out of teenagers hands than Booze and cigs.

People that let weed "ruin their life" were likely circling the drain anyway.
I know a few people that say weed ruined their life, and trust me it wasn't the weed

Because of dumb minimum sentencing requirements for crimes like weed possession that take common sense out of the courtroom.
A lot of towns now in Louisiana will just fine you for first and second possession charges, that way the money goes back into the local budget. The article also says "can be", which means its up to the DA, that's not the cops fault. DA's are trying to make a name for their selves , they are the real assholes. I dealt with enough of them to lump them all in that category. Also who's really the dumb arse in the scenario if you been convicted of a felony and you get caught breaking the law? That being said I'm 100 percent for legalization. But there's to much money being made by the penal system for pot bust alone, to getthis to ppass.

From what I'm understanding now is you can just vaporize that shite, which ain't nearly as bad as smoking it in a joint.

I've been told that by a lot of users, one day I'll graduate, apparently a 'pen' cost roughly $60

If you can't think of any, there's not much hope for you. All drugs, including pot and alcohol should be legal though

For how much NOLA relies on tourism and being unique, it would be amazing for us to pass some legislation that would allow weed to be legalized. Don't see it happening in the south anytime soon. Even in the "progressive" south.

Or just cook it into butter and eat it.

A drunk driver runs stop signs
A high driver sits at the stop sign waiting on the light to turn green
