I’m not sure myself. I think Citizens United allowed corporations to give money. It’s the big one I know about off the top of my head though I do think there was one involving a PAC maybe. Regardless, I hate the idea of dark money. It’s horrible for our political system.

Any officer within that organization should have standing to sue over this, though.
“Browsing” returns you don’t have access to is a large fine per count plus up to a year in jail IIRC.
Leaking the information outright is both a civil and criminal issue where the taxpayer can sue over it.
