The poll, funded by the University of Massachusetts Lowell and fielded by YouGov, surveyed 400 likely South Carolina Democratic primary voters from Feb. 12 through Feb. 18.

It found that Biden was at 23 percent, ahead of Senator Bernie Sanders by just two points. Billionaire businessman Tom Steyer rounded out the top three at 13 percent, with Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Elizabeth Warren tied for fourth at 11 percent each. Sen. Amy Klobuchar followed with nine percent as Rep. Tulsi Gabbard came in at four percent.

If Bernie wins SC, then he's the nominee and it's game over for the other democrats.

Is 23/21 the ratio or the actual number of voters?

Biden has been a presidential candidate 3 times now, and he's never even sniffed the Democrat Party nomination.

He still needs a majority of pledged delegates to secure it and that probably isn’t happening.

If Bernie has the most delegates and the democrats pick someone else on the convention floor, especially DINO Mike Bloomberg, they have absolutely no chance of winning in November.

It would be like the GOP convention picking Kasich over Trump in 2016.

percentages in a poll with too few polled to get to 3% confidence (which takes 3,000 really random people). more like 4.5 variation. so anyones ballgame.

nevada news will influence those looking to back a winner.

this is very very good news for Sanders.
he was squashed by cliton in south carolina.

therefore i predict sanders is #1 in south Carolina due to enthusiasm of his supporters.
(primaries attract very very low percentages of registered voters, so if any candidates people are really into it they carry the day. that is why referenda are put on ballot for primary election. your rabid supporters of whatever referenda can win with teeny plurality of total voters in state.
