Hopefully stuff like this works in making most of these people employable.
The next step is fixing the various programs designed to disincentivise work. I don’t mind a helping hand when needed but these programs are designed to convince people it is better to make minimum wage and get a ton of bennies than to work and make more money.

I was reminded during the entire Obama regime that there were more white people on food stamps than anyone else. if anything this bill is just addressing their privilege

When you make up about 50-60% of the population and no other group is larger than about 15%, it is easy to have higher total numbers than any other group.
