The song that makes me cry like a baby is Ragged Ole Flag by Johnny Cash. For my money it’s the best patriotic song ever written.

"America The Beautiful"-- Ray Charles

Simply the best ever! Just sensational -- this may have his last performance in such a large venue, and the great singer, songwriter and pianist was done less than three years later, on June 10, 2004.

Very nice but that was America the Beautiful and he’s singing in Arizona.

Lee Greenwood sang God Bless the USA at Yankee Stadium. Great performance as well.

Ray Charles was 71 and died less than 3 years later. He still had it.

Yes. It's sad that a blind man can see the greatness of America and some refuse to see it.

This is a guy who fought literal racism. Had to keep folks (white and black) from ripping him off because he was blind. Had to beat heroin.

Still loved America and we loved him back.
