There was some violence. Some people got out of hand. Most people acknowledge that including Trump.
HOWEVER, IT WAS NO INSURRECTION.
It was not an overwhelmingly violent mob spurred on by President Trump.
It was not an armed mob.
It was not the worst attack on our US soil since 1812.
The left wing violence during 2020 was far worse, and that needs to be emphasized. The progressives are acting like they've never seen such violence and that police officers were committing suicide over it. Just stop.
They are using it as a political tool.
