Two tracks:
A decent Republican should run against Abbott in the GOP primary to make the case and at least weaken Abbott for the general.
Decent Republicans and Independents should plan to participate in the Dem primary, to help Democrats nominate the most electable candidate.
Also, he prefers now to be called a liberal internationalist rather than a neocon.
He loves the liberal twitter applause. The pathetic thing is that nearly all of his followers HATED him pre-2016 or would've hated him had they known who he was.
He won't endorse any Republican ever again because he doesn't want to lose money, followers, and twitter applause. The second he does every single one of his followers will turn on him and ratio him and he's scared of that. It's the same thing with the Lincoln Project.
