Well considering 25% of all rail traffic( more than any other) is intermodal containers, and it dropped 6.7% in September I would start there.

It's not just that you are shipping by rail but railyards are also used as storage for containers.

I agree with that because we wouldn't be dependent on China picking up empty containers.
