Cherokee Indian swat team fabricated a hostage situation. Mr Kloepfer was woken up from his sleep and opened the door unarmed whereupon he was fired upon 7 times. Officers were giddy until they noticed the whole thing had been recorded on camera. The Cherokee County Sheriff has now tried to walk back his praise for the Cherokee Indian police department and claims he had no idea the hostage claims were baseless.
They should all be fried with a dry sponge.

How much money do you think he gets?

Was that a flashlight in his right hand? It was hard for me to tell.

As officers walk to the trailer to meet the pair Kloepfer can be heard shouting: "I don't have a gun. I didn't have a gun."
Officers dragged out Kloepfer for treatment and rushed him to hospital after he was shot seven times.
Kloepfer was charged with Communicating Threats and Resist, Obstruct and Delay.
There will be lawyers.

I can’t take any of you running with this media narrative of he was disabled seriously. Keep sucking that MSM dick when it suits your agenda.
This guy isn’t disabled. He’s a well known meth dealer that has had many interactions with police. He was illegally residing on tribal land and the EBCI has been trying to remove him for years. That doesn’t excuse the behavior of the CPD, but stop making heroes out of fricking shitbags.

If he's a well known meth dealer then why was he still a free man? That sort of crime carries a hefty prison sentence. And if that's the case then wouldn't these cops have done everything by the book to try and get him? These clowns are on video acknowledging that they f'd up. They thought they were going to get away with it and lie until they saw the cameras.
A true conservative believes in upholding Constitutional rights and the extinguishing of tyrants. The way the police acted during covid should have been enough to get rid of any remaining conservative support. They don't care about you or the Constitution.

We need a fact finding committee. We need to know if he was contributing to the Democrat Party or if he was polluting the atmosphere before we proceed.

Apparently it was a small drone that the cops threw in there.

Did this occur on Indian land? Wonder what the legal agreements are between then and NC.
In Florida Seminole land is sovereign so anything happens in their casinos is like their own country

I don’t disagree with any of this. You missed the point of my comment about your OP.

This is false. They’re under federal jurisdiction.

Do you know the law that states that?
I found this: "Inherent Sovereign Authority: Indian tribes - as sovereign nations - historically have inherent jurisdictional power over everything occurring within their territory. Tribal courts are courts of general jurisdiction which continue to have broad criminal jurisdiction. Any analysis of tribal criminal jurisdiction should begin with this sovereign authority and determine whether there has been any way in which this broad sovereign authority had been reduced (see below)."
There are laws regarding major crimes and discusses Indian vs Indian and Indian vs non Indian but I found nothing regarding the action by the Indian government ie police on their own land.

Sovereign really isn’t the right word for how they operate. It’s true they can write and enforce their own laws, but if they contradict state/federal law, a district judge will toss any charges. They’re also still required to enforce all state/federal law, regardless of what the tribal law may be. What happens often is they “deport” and ban people from tribal land pretty regularly for violation of tribal law. Neither federal or state governments have the authority to tell them who can and can’t come into their “country” so to speak.
It’s all stupidly over complicated if you ask me.

probably a lot when he sues the Cherokee tribe.
Dude is diabled and I believe in another story I read he had their search camera they threw in the door in his hand.
Good thing this dude had a security camera in his house to prove his side.

I think I read elsewhere that it was a robot camera the swat team tossed in to search the place.

This is true, there is also a case from out west making its way through the courts to see how much power they really have and if they are even allowed to try non tribal members
