This should have increased ratings.

Feel sorry for the young guys in this stupid saga. They're trying to earn playing time and idiots like Lebron are stifling that.

Nah man, they're saying the same crap. Matisse Thybulle had a YouTube channel about living "in the bubble." My wife and I were watching every episode, right up until his 4th or 5th episode when the teams started having organized sit downs about Black Lives Matter, reparations, etc. His viewership went from about 1.1M a week, to about 790k the week after the first BLM-related video, to about 550k after the second BLM-related video (when I unsubscribed). Looks like it stayed at that level for his most recent video, so I guess just under half of his viewers want to see his videos even with the BLM garbage.

ETA: You can see if for yourself. His channel still exists.

I was hoping for more decline. I'm actually surprised that number isn't higher.

That and they play at like 3 pm..,
I wouldn’t watch it anyway but some people are actually working

I don't think that is an issue for their target audience

no ticket sales and the cost of the bubble (has to be huge).

They can afford it but it this last 3 or more years then the cost will be noticed.
