Did you make an argument yet or just avoid the real topic and call people names for the last 5 pages?

Many.

call people names

Why is this now a concern of yours? I've been called names since I dared to have an opposing opinion. No big deal.

Don't be so sensitive.

Have I called you a name? No, I haven't. You'd remember if I called you a name because I'm fricking great at it. I'm just waiting for you to make a real argument that doesn't sound like an emotional plea from a woman.

Name calling aside, do you believe that if standards have to be lowered, the people they are being lowered for should not be eligible for those positions?

Why should they be lowered?

Because if the goal becomes "get women into SEALS" rather than "find qualified SEALS" the standards will have to be lowered, because women are just not physically capable of doing the things now required to earn that trident.

Have I called you a name?

The Air Force comm dude is the only one I remember giving any shite to, which was in response to his bullshite.

Yes. I've stated repeatedly and often that standards should not be lowered for anyone.

Then , is it simply that you don't believe those of us who have been through special forces training when we tell you that most men can't qualify and it's going to be damn rare indeed to find women who can. I would say probably impossible to find a woman who can get through BUDS.

Ok but you haven't given your independent opinion on why women should be allowed to be in these roles.

It isn't about what I believe. I've said that many times as well.

There are no longer jobs that are inherently closed to someone based on their sex. That's just the way it is. Personally, I'm OK with that. If a woman is the best for a position, let her fill it. If she's not, don't. Not a lot of in-between on that one for me.

Professionally, I want to see the right arguments being made on the right points. "Women are weak" is a stupid argument and women shouldn't be allowed in is an irrelevant point.

Sure I have. I want the standards to be the standards, regardless of sex.

But they are not the best people for the job

Research has already proved they do not perform to the level of their male counterparts.

I say we let the cadre figure that out.

Is this where we talk about that Marine Corps study again?
