Their entire air force with the exception of a single French helicopter is American aircraft. Our funding accounts for 20% of their entire Defense Budget. You could argue that the two biggest, direct "upgrades" they've provided to our military is TAPS, a protection system for armored vehicles, and a fricking bandage.
