6 years to build and get open. This is a major deal. Probably get National Park status?

They are about to call for RFPs for site locations. My personal guesses would be Northeast Florida, eastern Georgia, and South Carolina.

I imagine they will want a lot of varieties of flowers and plants. Can the weather outside DC support it yearround?
