if you ignore the global warming part of this statement, it is pretty accurate

low income people are definitely affected more with extreme weather

although this has been true forever, well before any global warming might have been taking place

Low income people are also more affected by the higher energy prices that come with alternative energy.

How do low income ppl suffer from food insecurity when they are more likely to be obese than others?

As they will be hit harder with taxes and higher heating bills. Higher gas prices and transportation cost. Higher food cost etc etc etc.
