If you had the “goods” on a sitting POTUS, why would plead guilty? Wouldn’t that type of information earn you the ability to plea bargain?

I think Flynn did get a plea bargain. He plead to a lesser charge, or other charges were dropped.

I can’t even begin to fathom the logical process that led you to asking this.

Yeah, which means Flynn is dumb, or stupid., and can’t bargain worth shite. Unless he has a big nothingburger....

They had him dead to rights on FARA (which Mueller got Manafort on) and his son as well who's also ended up not charged.

Just playing devils advocate here...

Look at Flynn's statement today: "...in the best interest of my family..."

so, to your question, if he has the "goods", what if he implicates himself in said, "goods"? If he is guilty right along with the sitting president, then I would expect him to plead guilty to a very lesser crime.

Wouldn't you?

All that said, I suspect Kushner will be the fall guy, "in the best interest of my family and our country."

It is not in the country's best interest to have the sitting president get implicated in crimes. It is in the best interest to have all of the Russian bullshite simply go-away. Best way to handle that is to provide a sacrificial lamb.
