His latest overreach into the email grab is nothing more than an attemot to get something.... anything that he can use to "justify" keeping this investigation going knowing that congress is about to sgut him down.
He knows its over and the reason for this grab is future leaks to the media.

Completely incorrect. Congress COULD shut down a special counsel. All they have to do is vote to end funding. And Mueller would be done.
That's not going to happen, but you should at least make an effort to be factual when you are laughing at comments made by others.

I think they are waiting on Tillerson to deny he ever said it. Seems like a simple thing to do. Since he hasn't, many assume it is true.
