Just so I'm straight on this, some dude was upset about illegals being deported so he shoots up a detention office and kills a couple of illegals?
Reminds me of the character in "A Fish Called Wanda". He's a huge animal lover, and tasked with killing an old lady. Every time he tried, he just ends up killing one of her little dogs.
