Too early for the numbers to mean anything.

If we are not near saturation and I have not seen anything to suggest this virus has been around 6-12 months... the virus will most probably be back when the restrictions are removed and the conditions are right.

Most people are going to get this.

Then it's just another idiotic, irrelevant point.

It's been around since at least before the holidays. I know medical professionals in New York who said there were unusually high cases of bilateral pneumonia back then. They just didn't know what it was at the time.

No its not, because people die... freaking out because people die is no reason for these insanely stupid decisions and policies. These policies are more a danger than the silly freaking virus. I do think this is a serious virus, and it should be taken seriously but this is just bonkers.

Are you on your period? You sure seem angry if anyone has a differing opinion.

I leave that as a possibility, but than it makes the current course of action as even that much more insane. The current actions/policies make little sense that I can see whether we are or are not near saturation.

I don’t blame anyone for getting this wrong. We will adjust. The whole world is caught in it so our economy won’t be relatively worse when we adjust back.

Yes, it is, because people weren't dying from coronavirus before.

That isn't an opinion.

I've noticed that you never have anything useful to say.

So, they would be dying of something. People die, and instead of putting it in context, people are throwing out numbers to increase fear index.

We have a very good picture of who is dying and why, there is nothing extraordinary about this, not really, I mean its a nasty bug for the sick old person for sure but in context... you don't frick over the world because some people are having their life shortened a few months.

And we do what we can to minimize those deaths.

It's an idiotic point, and no sidestepping will get around that.

n Italy, why are 800 people dead in one day? That doesn’t happen with the flu in Italy does it?

So something is different

Might have something to do with the “hug a chinaman” campaign they were promoting last month

The scary part about this virus is that millions around the globe have it and don't even know it! So scary!!

Sure, you minimize deaths, but that doesn't mean at every cost. 10s of thousands of people die in car wrecks, we eliminate cars... car wreck deaths go to zero.

You're an idiot because you lack context and common sense. If you want to stop all death, how about we stop all births?

The current policies actually have near zero percent chance of working as most people are going to get this.

Faster testing is better but will not help the situation, generally speaking everyone is going to get this.

In the meantime, this stupid shutdown crap will eventually completely destroy the financial system, one day you probably wake up to no stock market, shutdown of the banking system and your atm card. This will start to lead to a Mad Max reset.... and for no real reason.

Get a grip... let me see, stuff gets to Amazon through magic beans. Its called a functioning credit/debt system. I mean, why didn't everyone just think of this before... everyone just sit at home and Amazon deliver everything for free.
