They should charge city officials personally. Public officials have immunity in the normal course of their duties, but when they do something that clearly amounts to wanton neglect and total disregard for the safety of the citizens for some ideological or political means, that immunity should go out the window.

Seattle is perhaps the epitome of an SJW town. So, you basically know that most of these business owners used to sit around in the comfort of their own homes, sipping on their green tea and lattes, and talk about how they're "down with the struggle" alongside Far Left groups like Antifa and BLM.
Now that they've gotten a huge dose of reality, maybe they're rethinking things a little bit?

I love how the law suit claims not to want to undermine Chaz participants then goes on to describe why Chaz participants should be undemined.
