This is very true. Not just in news. The term "urinalist" applies to a lot of other industries. Gaming, movies, books, food, pretty much any aspect that some left winger thinks their words matter.
And it's the colleges churning them out like there's no tomorrow.

The ratings are never equal even if political spin sounds the same. Ratings determine money from advertising. Hell, when I was in AM radio I was instructed to lie about bad weather because scaring old ladies made our ratings go up. And when I listen to weather reports now on TV they are still lying about severity of risk.
