Ahh the good old, tried and true, “she was asking for it” defense.
In the latter case, it is not completely unreasonable to ask whether she engaged in voluntary sexual activities and then had a case of buyer's remorse.
That is not to say that happened in this case, but it is not unreasonable to ask the question.

The problem with this is in practice, it's political. (Thanks liberals)
If a conservative asks this question, he/she is misogynist and racist, and should be fired from their job and perhaps imprisoned.
If a liberal asks this question, he/she/them/they/it is simply asking a reasonable question.
