MNF is going to have huge ratings tonight with Dallas

I think America is going to tune in and see what America's team does.
It is a Facebook myth that Jerry would fire anyone that kneeled, but Dallas has been above a lot of this mess going back to the police shootings here last year.
Quite honestly I would love it if the whole team came out and kneeled as the anthem played, but rise up and stand by the end with their hands over their hearts.

Why the need for theatrics? Just be respectful to the flag and those who served to allow them the chance to make millions playing a game.

Jerry has no leverage when it comes down to it. Let's say his three star players all kneel - Elliot, Prescott, and Bryant. What are the chances he sits/fires any one of them? Virtually zero.

Or pull our scissors and construction paper, while the anthem plays they all cut out a small chunk, that alone looks abstract and off, but when they put them all together by anthem's end, a large heart will have formed

What will be interesting is the NFL England games. Players will most certainly kneel for the anthem of their own country, but they'll stand for the English anthem.
