St Louis no longer has a functioning government. Every member of its government is now an outlaw and part of the mob itself. This is the part the right needs to begin to understand.
Yup. When the government has demonstrated an unwillingness and/or inability to protect citizens and property from angry mobs -- and an mob shows up on your property... well, according to LiberlHank, there's no reason to have any fear.

Maybe they should have invited them in for coffee and donuts?

How does that factor into the case?
Legally, no. She will not be a witness.

The leader of the protest, Rasheen Eldridge, knew they were breaking the law.

Just like in many disobedient protests, even in the 60s, you break laws, make people feel uncomfortable. We’re not doing anything where we’re hurting anyone or putting anyone in danger.

I might call him as a witness. He seems sufficiently stupid that he would be a huge help to the McCloskeys.

And McCloskey’s statements to Fox News won’t be evidence either.

Yeah, they seem to be equating their action to "civil disobedience."

Personally, I draw the line for "civil disobedience" at the boundary of private property.

For a man so in love with words and convinced of his eloquence, aghank knows nothing about the nomenclature of weapons.

And he denies he is a liberal. Conservatives know their weapons, regardless of background.

You need to take a look at the hearsay exceptions for "prior inconsistent statement."

If this case goes to trial, he will almost HAVE to testify in order to carry his burden of proof.

Of course he did. He is not an idiot. In hindsight, he can certainly see the massive holes in his story, even if this forum cannot.
