They specifically mention a driveway, how restricted is the access to your porch compared to your driveway? If you can't admit to being wrong, so be it, but you and I both know you are.

Bruh how restricted is your open front door from your porch? Because her door was open. Guess her house is 100% public access

My porch is well within my property line. I paid for the property it sits on and my money/labor went into its renovation. Why the frick should I get off my porch just because a police officer tells me to? What does that have to do with a city curfew, which are most commonly implemented for inappropriate reasons that don’t meet the given state’s criteria that allows for them anyway?

Well a dumbass kid with paintball gun isn’t as same as a militarized outfit patrolling your neighborhood. I specifically refer to government abuse but yea just straw man me dog. Things happen fast what if she didn’t know it was just paintballs and shot back.

Holy crap what a stupid response!

It's not a straw man what so ever. it was a paintball gun and it doesn't matter if its wielded by evil government or little Timmy, neither would make it a justifiable homicide. The "abuse" by the government is a minor inconvenience in this case. If you go around killing every government worker who inconveniences you, then you got a lot of killing to do. Good luck at the DMV and IRS!

Yeah i'm sure the MRAP and tac vests with police all over them in open view weren't a clue. Wait are you a sovereign citizen? I enjoy your tazing videos.

There was 0 justification to shoot the police in that video.

What more justification do you need than being shot at? Want them to announce their intent to murder before you take up arms?

A Paintball gun is not being shot at. Your life is not in danger. You would not be justified in shooting at them. But by all means i hope all of you warriors go out there and start shooting at the evil overreaching cops. let me know how that works out for you.

Do paintball guns not shoot projectiles when you're from?

So do spit ball guns, rubber band guns, nerf guns, sling shot, my dogs tennis ball launcher...none of them justify homicide.

I’m so glad to see so many true Patriots stand and defend Keith Ellison’s stormtrooper tactics to restore law and order.

From atm? Sounds like ut.

How hard is it to comply with the police? Especially during a city wide curfew.

Thread winner! My default position is to always argue for an armed (and well trained) citizenry over evermore heavily armed State agents.

It’s what they get.

A majority of issues with cops and minorities are the people who have a smart arse mouth and/or don’t follow simple fricking directions the first OR EVEN THE SECOND time asked.

Find me one case where a residential porch was considered accessible to the general public

Good luck

They were complying with the curfew. Nobody is under any obligation to comply with an unlawful order just because it’s made by a police officer.

It is unacceptable to fire projectiles at law abiding citizens on their own porch.

So your defense is “they asked a bunch of times”?

What they are asking is almost definitely unconstitutional. We have private property in America, this is not the Soviet Union. If you’re on your porch they can’t just fire at you no matter how many times they asked.

Let’s be honest, the guy saying “light them up” is stressed and probably not thrilled that he has a shitty job, but it doesn’t make it all right.

If valuing my private property in defiance of government overreach makes me a pussy then sure, sign me up. Your big government commie mindset is different, that’s fine.

If they tell you the second amendment is out the window tomorrow you’ll follow if they tell you twice won’t you, boot licker?
