Military Tribunals at GITMO

Since we cannot indict any Democrats due to swampy grand juries, the Military Commission Act of 2009 allows the President to deem unlawful enemy combatants and they can be tried by military tribunals.
McCabe, et al should be thusly labeled and tried for treason and staging a coup.

I get where you're at but that would set a dangerous precedent. I think an alternative solution is to move these agencies out of DC to rural America where they would be indicted.

No.
We the people should gather in the millions to peacefully protest in DC.
ETA: This is our responsibility, not Trump's.

That would put the banana in our republic

The tribunals are a pipe dream - the longer these fricks go unpunished, the more I expect (not condone) someone to think "enough" & go all Charles Bronson on one of them. Barr needs to make some examples before any remaining faith in the judiciary is gone. There will come a breaking point.

This is a ridiculous pipe dream. The only people that will be/are tried at tribunals @ GTMO are terrorists.
There can't be a special tribunal anywhere for them unless they are charged with treason. This will never happen when DC has tainted juries all ready to go.
A lot of the movement with a special thread here: like to point to Graham's line of questioning at Kav's confirmation hearing. They were speaking of enemy combatants that were Americanized plants on our soil.
Until we get CAIR deleted there will always be terrorist mole enemies on our soil. The DNC is ran by one. Andre Carson and him were at HAMA's meetings/conventions on our soil. Look at Illan Omar and the squad. They are the enemy on our soil in so many ways. They are getting ready via Bernie to take an entire political party.
This is why Comey et al...are trolling us. They are above the law. There is indeed a two-tiered justice system for dem elites and R's there always has been. It is almost cruel to pull the curtain back and expose and then the curtain gets closed again. What are we going to do about it?

Because corruption doesn't exist in the south? Perhaps they should move it to Georgia and let Stacy Abrams over see it? Maybe to Memphis and let Al Green take a crack at it? Lol

If Barr treats the whole "insurance policy" thing as a Racketeering Charge...that might come into play. A lot of complications there...and we are talking Martial Law to make it happen. I think it best to ignore these criminals - for the time being - until after Trump wins big in the election. This will happen when Barr drops just the factual and irrefutable evidence...and prosecution (real justice) won't matter; as the Dems and their potential voters won't be able to defend against that. Getting more Justices on the SC and lower Courts and cleaning out the Deep State Bureaucracy via the Budget will.

Damn, even the same time stamp

I was just going to post to you that I swear I hadn't read your post before mine.
Seriously...will no arrests be enough? Then what do we do?

Can they do this? If so, do it now.

They are moving a significant portion of the FBI to Huntsville, AL

When they are charged with treason then we will see. Until then they are being hauled into Graham's dog & pony show. If they were going to be charged with sedition/treason would Graham have them all in for questioning?
I will fall over backwards in shock if they are charged with obstruction or abusing their power, much less treason.

Wish I had an answer. We are already throwing up our arms saying "the swamp is gonna swamp" - I'm afraid that's it or it gets ugly & nobody wants that (hence it's not happening). Botom line, we need the govt to do it's damn job. I hope that's not a pipe dream. Voting in the next crop doesn't punish the bad guys - is that where our power stops?

Citizens are afforded a right to a trial by a jury of their peers in this country.
One would think this was taught at WOCS and BCT, much less high school.

Corruption exists everywhere, but you are completely missing the point.
Will there be a grand jury comprised of just Stacy Abrams or Al Green? The point is that it is very difficult to bring charges against a democrat committing crimes for the democrat agenda in a 90% democrat city. What do Stacy Abrams or Al Green have to do with grand juries? Are they prosecutors or the only potential jurors? Do they have in say in what gets brought to trial in their cities/states?
If a federal lawsuit can be filed in any jurisdiction, why does a federal grand jury have to only be brought in DC?

I seem to recall you claiming you were an Army warrant officer.
