One question for you. If you're such a muslim lover, which is obvious by your blowing of obamba at every turn, why don't you do America a favor and move to the middle east? Both, America and you would be better off for it.

PLEASE do so and report back periodically to let us know how your living "the good life".

You're right up there with a few others ad being one of the most racist POS posters on this website. You're full of crap!

Of course not and no one is proposing that.

Yes he was. Before he had proposed that Muslims who are out of the country cannot reenter.

I don't care about religion. I am a lover of the Constitution. You might want to learn it. . One of the things the Constitution does is gives American citizens the right to dissent and disagree. I am exercising that right. The fact that you would want someone out of the country for his for her exercising of that right shows you really don't understand the constitution or the principles on which America was founded and continues to follow.

There are a lot of terrorists/Islamic extremists that come from Saudi Arabia.

And the reason any immigration restrictions implemented by Trump won't apply to Saudi Arabia is money.

The constitution is shat upon all the time.

Most of the great presidents shat upon the constitution in massive ways - Lincoln, Madison, Adams, Jefferson, FDR

Maddeline is senile. I'd like to see this Muslim regisitry and would like them to put the list out by zip code and make it searchable.

Yikes Maddie, you are getting up there in age.

We're not banning muslims per se, we're banning people from countries that have high numbers of radical terrorist, who happen to be muslim.

Potential terrorist ban.

In a 6–3 decision, the Court sided with the government,[2] ruling that the exclusion order was constitutional. Six of eight Roosevelt appointees sided with Roosevelt. The lone Republican appointee, Owen Roberts, dissented. The opinion, written by Supreme Court justice Hugo Black, held that the need to protect against espionage outweighed Fred Korematsu's individual rights, and the rights of Americans of Japanese descent. (The Court limited its decision to the validity of the exclusion orders, adding, "The provisions of other orders requiring persons of Japanese ancestry to report to assembly centers and providing for the detention of such persons in assembly and relocation centers were separate, and their validity is not in issue in this proceeding.") During the case, Solicitor GeneralCharles Fahy is alleged to have suppressed evidence by keeping from the Court a report from the Office of Naval Intelligence indicating that there was no evidence that Japanese Americans were acting as spies or sending signals to enemy submarines.[3]

Wiki. Carter and Reagan both apologized and gave heirs and survivors money for the racist kidnapping they endured. I hope that POS FDR rots in hell

muslim is not now nor has it ever been a religion. It has a history of being just a murdering bunch of thieves since it's inception. It has no place in America or any civilized nation. It should be wiped off of the face of the earth completely.

Sadly, you libtards are going to allow it to infest the country even more than your sorryassed muslim president.

Just look to Europe to see your future. 3rd world status here we come.

All he has to do is clarify the position...

Immigration from certain countries harboring Islamic terrorism will be extremely vetted.

Done and end of discussion- also very reasonable. Why are people making a big fuss over this again?

Who knew the constitution protected non-citizens and granted them unlimited rights to be admitted into this country. Amazing little document it is. Must be in the same section with the abortion clause.

I'm not talking about the japs. They weren't banned in the 60s and 70s. I am talking about other groups and not necessarily being banned. Trump is not going to ban "Muslims" or any group based on religion. It won't hold up. I know it and you all know it . Now banning people suspected of isis or related to Isis is a different story.

Great post. Seems like there should be plenty of measures that would be exhausted before enacting an unconstitutional registry. A registry that would hasten WWIII.

Of course, the Trump administration knows this. The genesis of the registry idea was to sway voters.

Why not an Islamic ban?

Because Trump would have to include Saudi Arabia and he apparently doesn't have the balls to do that.
