So what? What, exactly, was lied about? They will need to PROVE that. It's not enough to merely prove that demonstrable facts about their systems are unpopular, and therefore caused them damages. They need to be demonstrably false.

If dominion is innocent I expect them to sue the hell out of Lindell and prove their innocence. Haven’t seen them do that yet because they know he has the goods.

Or it could be they are taking the time to build their case. It took seventeen days after Dominion sued Sidney before they sued Rudy.

I'm not going to get into the nuts-and-bolts of this thread and the R vs. D aspects of arguing legitimate points...
I'm just going to point out that it's a proven fact that you can't trust these kind of statements from anyone, ANY source. There's piles and piles of literature and articles out there about the "paid-for opinion" proliferation in journalism and reporting, so much so that it's actually become a systemic problem - especially in the environmental movement.
Basically, even the most professional and wealthy "experts" can be paid to express opinions that they're pushed to express by those with the money. Everything and everyONE is for sale, for the right price.
There have been many polls, expert opinions, reports, studies, and scientific papers that were proven to be considered "fact" by the masses but mostly influenced by what the highest bidder wanted it to say.

Any one of them have better credentials than the “cyber experts” presented by Trumps legal team. There are many firms that do forensic data analysis, and provide expert testimony in fraud cases for major corporations, and even challenges in elections. I wonder why Trump’s team did not hire one of these legitimate firms instead of the clowns they tried to pass off as experts?

Where is the detailed and expert analysis of these superior experts demonstrating the security and foolproof nature of the election infrastructure and that explains the reason all 6 swing states stopped counting at the same time and the various other statistical anomalies? I’d love to see a report.
