The bill wants to cut out stand alone disability for some things like sleep apnea and tinnitus (ringing in the ear) and spend it on more serious disability.
She said it is "stealing from Peter to pay Paul", after the long thread on vet disability, the entire bill is like "stealing from millions of taxpayers to pay dishonest veterans".

It was an article that should have provided any level of detail, but chose not to. It chose to try and paint Anna and a few others as constantly argumentative and problematic. Whenever an actual adult writes a real article, with details, Anna seems to be on the side of good sense and the American people.
