If all of this turns out to be accurate, that she was forced to write an apology and STILL lost her job, THEN got arrested for verbally assaulting an innocent old lady who was just minding her own business, well this is just about the best thing that has happened in the woke realm in quite some time

This is completely not a freedom of speech and First Amendment issue.

Approaching someone in public who is working and cursing them in their face and disturbing the peace while also intimidating/threatening them … you consider that First Amendment issue???

And trust that she wouldn’t pull that shite on the “wrong” people. She verbally abused an elderly woman in public who was minding her own business and working.

I agree with you, and I don’t buy it. That story of the arrest has got to be fake. The nurse’s behavior was terrible, but what she did is not an arrestable offense.
