I already said, the first round of explanations are horse shite.

Because they are.

This kid did not do this on a whim. He definitely put some planning into it. For starters, he didn’t just drive to the campus, get in position on the roof and shoot CK. From all the google earth images, the roof had access via the stairs and quite possibly a door leading into the building at rooftop level.. a person doing this on a whim would have more than likely retreated the same way they accessed the roof via the stairs. He did not do that. He instead chose a path to the opposite side of the building because he knew it would allow him to drop down from the roof. That particular spot allowed him the quickest access back into the neighborhood..

I believe we will eventually learn that he pre staged the weapon on the roof and wrapped it in a towel to conceal it. He simply did not shove a long barreled rifle with a scope down his pants. We can see from the video that he was running immediately after firing the shot, which tells me he did not stop and remove a towel from his backpack to conceal the rifle. It is all likelihood the same towel he used to conceal a prestaged weapon
