Whoever Trump endorses I suspect they will give him a high adviser role.
The fear will be the rot will start building again, especially in fraud, waste & abuse. No matter who the President is.
It would take the rotten ones a second to revamp USAID. There needs to be some kind of a law or amendment to prevent the rot.
