The application for the FISA warrant that McCabe admitted wouldnt have happened without the dossier? That one?
No. According to what Nunes said on Baier's Fox show, McCabe never actually said what was attributed to him in the memo. What was attributed to Mccabe in the memo is the gist of what McCabe said, according to Nunes, based on McCabe's testimony, as a whole.
Which is an example why Nunes memo is basically useless, other than being Nunes' opinion on the allegations made in the memo.
There are no footnotes in the memo to show what the sources are for the allegation made.
For example, on McCabe's testimony, there should be a footnote that says: Andrew McCabe's testimony before the House Intelligence Committee on November 12, 2017, transcript page 12.
Without sources for each of the allegations made, Nunes memo is incomplete and ineffective. It's incredible that is represented to be a report from a House Intelligence Committee and it contains no source references.

Look at you challenging the validity of the entire memo because you think one portion lacks credibility...but will believe the entire conspiracy to investigate Trump despite mounds of evidence that the investigatory process has relied on fraud since the beginning. With every post you reveal yourself to be more of a partisan hack.

What's good for one case is good for the other - in more modern terms 'Karma" what goes around comes around.
God almighty the ruling party running the U.S. Government for the past 8 years thought that they were safe and sound. Because President Barack Obama appointed a lot of FISA Court Judges who the very politicised FBI, CIA, NSA, and DOJ could start spying on the people they don't like to find a crime to smear them with.
No wonder the Obama Administration members walked around talking so politically arrogant? Thinking that they were always one step ahead of you and me.
Very protected people.
Yeah, I can now see why the liberal media, and the Democratic party, did not want us to see the Nunes memo. Because now they know that I will (ha ha ha) beat the F*** out of them on sight, every chance I get.
Let's go to the FISA Court and spy on them, in turn, until finding a crime. illegal search and seizure can always work for the people in power for however long that might be, right.
