Well he did change his story.. not exactly a credible guy
“So you can stand up there and you can lie about how you killed the ISIS prisoner so Chief Gallagher does not have to go to jail,” the lawyer said, “You don’t want Chief Gallagher to go to jail, do you?”
“He’s got a wife and family,” Scott said. “I don’t think he should be spending his life in prison.”

Here's the point of this whole thread. There are regressives on the left, like you and other idiots, who would LOVE for our military to be locked up. Why? Because it supports the liberal agenda. That is not debatable.
The problem, however, is that you are now ready to believe ANYTHING your preconceptions want you to believe because, for your sad life, it's political party over EVERYTHING.
I don't know what happened out there. I admit that. I can look at this article and make assumptions. But that doesn't make them facts. The same goes for you. You are so invested in wanting to advance your regressive agenda, that you are taking the opposing lawyers statements and trying to twist them into unbiased facts. It's rather entertaining.

Or maybe it's that one of the guys serving under gallagher kept notes. And that after stabbing the kid in the neck (who was 12-15 years old) gallagher posed for photos with his corpse
There are text messages with photos of the dead kid sent from Gallagher to Chief Warrant Officer 2 B.G., in which Gallagher said, "I got him with my hunting knife" with the photo of him with the dead ISIS fighter. B.G. replied, "be careful with pictures."
