It is unfortunate that the left goes on and on about how our “institutions” are under threat from trump and co, yet they ignore that our FBI is blatantly undermining the constitutional authority of congress to provide oversight of these executive branch departments

This is the biggest constitutional crisis since the 1860s. Rosenstein seems to be running with this nonsense of the DOJ as a co-equal branch of government. If Trump is unable to get a curb bit on the DOJ and IC it really is the end of the Republic.

but you can see why the DOj is hesitant to turn over prosectution documents to the shills for Trump, like Nunes, Jim Jordan, Meadors. There is legitimate concern they would share that information learned with Trump and/or his legal team because clearly Nunes is in bed with Trump.

Jesus Christ. There is no wiggle room here. Congress has a statutory and constitutional right to conduct investigations of federal intelligence agencies, regardless of who holds the office of President. Do you really want our FBI and DOJ to have zero accountability?
