Not innocent? Their only crime is being here illegally. If you think that deserves being sent to a fricking gulag to die you are a terrible person.

There is no due process, which means there is no process to make sure that the people we are sending there are "dangerous gang bangers".
Andry Hernandez Romero was sent because he had tattoos. Not gang affiliated tattoos. Tattoos honoring his parents. No connection to any gang, had a good chance of getting asylum here as he was persecuted for being gay. So we sent him to a concentration camp to be, presumably, raped until he dies.
Wild that yall think that without any due process we aren't sending non-violent, gang affiliated people there. It obviously doesn't make any sense, it's just a lame excuse to get away with being evil people.

Being a gay Venezuelan is not a valid reason to apply for asylum in the US. Proper asylum process does not include skipping countries that border Venezuela and coming to the US.
This is a great example that hopefully will discourage more asylum seekers in the future.

Being nice to people who come here illegally isn't going to dissuade more from coming.
Sending illegals to a 3rd world prison will dissuade others.
Being nice is not how you enforce border laws. It might make liberals feel warm and fuzzy but its not effective and not good for the country.
