So he admits it’s manufactured resistance that’s causing chaos. JD said it well…. ICE is everywhere but you don’t see this chaos anywhere except Minneapolis where the state and local government is not only refusing to cooperate with federal agents, but calling on protesters to “resist” lawful operations.
