It is funny about the orders.
They will try to enforce that over trying to stop thugs from shooting each other.
I guess low hanging fruit will pay the fines where the thugs will flip the court the bird while moving on to the next shooting.

Honestly, if you're that terrified of it, go back to Phase 1.
You literally can't enforce this mask thing in a restaurant or bar, you need to unmask to eat/drink. So, that's a fairly large loophole in the whole "protect the public" thought process.
