Domestic issue. Husband was pissed that wife went out to celebrate the New Lunar Year. Suspect showed up the one location and shot the entire place up. He then went to another near by club to shoot more people. At the second location he dropped the gun after he was wrestled to the ground by patrons. He us currently in a police stand off (inside his van) in Torrance, CA. SWAT on scene.

You missed my point entirely because that's my point. Using this logic, Asians are 4x overrepresented in Asian hate crimes as their general population but that doesn't mean Asians are discriminatory towards Asians more than Blacks are discriminatory towards Asians.
I'm saying that Asians are 24.1% of perpetrators of Asian hate crimes but if we used the representative approach argument, Asians are only 6% of the population so they're overrepresented in Asian hate crimes.
I'm pointing out that the representative population argument is incredibly flawed because it doesn't take into account possibilities of interaction. An Asian is much more likely to interact with an Asian etc.
So you missed my fricking point entirely.

I bet there are drafts of articles and opinion pieces out there, scribbled hastily after the news first broke, about how anti-Asian hate and right-wing social media are radicalizing white males who have too easy access to assault weapons.

You clearly didn't get that it was the point I was making that looking at raw data would suggest that Asians are the most discriminatory group towards Asians but that's not the case in reality.

1. They are less likely to speak English.
2. They are less likely to be armed.
3. They are more likely to live in crime-ridden areas.
4. They are more likely to carry cash.
5. They are more likely to HAVE cash.
6. They are less likely to go to the police (language barrier, cultural barrier, etc.).
