I am reading on a LEO FB site that a female constable is among the 13 dead. Her duty picture looks like a RCMP uniform.

According to the New York Times 75% of all mass shootings involving 4 or more victims are committed by blacks, it goes up to 90% if you do mass shootings involving 3 or more victims.
