Am I getting this correct--the Paddock became a radicalized muslim who affiliated himself with ISIS. They coordinated the attack and he live streamed the slaughter of innocent people to ISIS folks in another country. The suicide note hasn't been released yet but everyone suspects it says Allah Akbar somewhere in the letter.

Not sure about the live stream part, but the sheriff did confirm that there were cameras inside and out of the room. It certainly sounds like it’s working it’s way towards a terror connection between the girlfriend, Philippines and ISIS.

One would think that if he did live stream it to ISIS (for example) that ISIS would release the video to prove that they were involved or to brag.

WHy would they do that?

Think Americans are going to be far more pissed that this was kept from us for several days

I would think that it would send a message to Americans that if ISIS could get to this successful, White, seemingly content American, they could get to anyone.

None of this makes any sense. Besides the horrific nature of the shootings, this has been the most bizarre crime I think I have ever seen. But bizarre in a way that kind of scares me for some reason.

I highly doubt this guy was a late convert to Islamic fundamentalism. I think it far more likely that this guy had a political agenda driving his anger.

Yeah because it seems to be totally random. He had his choice of concerts or venues. This makes no sense. And trying to make sense of it is frustrating and perhaps futile.

Meh. I don't read conspiracy theories. I'm weary from all the nut job shite. I just don't want to Alex Jones. I'm so tired of it TBH.

Is that the one where the ISISers did the actual shooting, murdered old boy, then escaped a Las Vegas casino undetected? That can't be the best we can come up with.

Here's the Life is Beautiful venue. It was a much larger concert, and the condo building that several news outlets say he may have tried to rent from is the tall one dead center.

This would have been a much bigger event, with a larger crowd and much closer targets.

And last but not least of people to blame....

Obama.

I honestly thought someone couldn’t tie this to him but I really shouldn’t ever underestimate how crazy some people are.

Humans would rather have a conspiracy theory than no theory at all. We are pattern seekers and need it to have a deeper meaning, some of the time against what the truth is. We still have no idea what happened but here’s what sucks, even if there’s no theory at all, dudes just crazy and mental, a big chunk of people won’t accept it. Can’t accept it. Conceding that after such accusations have been made that it was just some regular red blooded crazy guy who stock piled guns just can’t happen, because conceding anything means the end of the world these days. As a strong opposer of Islam especially radical Islam it would be easier to accept if it comes out as such, but until then, blaming everyone except the best explanation right now is making everyone look really dumb.

But it's not a crowd full of conservatives.

No dude, trying to pretend this guy just snapped and went nuts is the dumbest fuvkin conspiracy theory I've heard yet.

If there’s a 1% chance he “just snapped” and it’s the best theory we have as of now, then that’s just how it goes. I totally agree a motive will surface and it could be something we never thought of or maybe it’s been said, but as of right now, the only thing we know is that he wasn’t politically or religiously motivated. That’s all we know

While I think their definitely is way more to this and while I don't think "he just snapped"

We really don't know anything else at this point

Nothing about the man doesn't seem to lead us to what happened Vegas. he doesn't seem like a crazy person. Seems to himself, laid back and like to spend money but nothing I have seen leads me to think he just pulled this off

Will be very interesting to hear what the companion says.

The entire situation is odd. The set up and planning for this, the weapons utilized, the pictures of the hotel room all raise a lot of concerns for me and for many other people

We do know things. He has a foreign psycho gf and he shot up the biggest conservative crowd in Vegas. And he planned it out for months.

But we really have NO clue at all!!
