For some of us that actually read the opinion, it is a well written description of why the mandate was struck down not necessarily because the authority was exceeded but the rules in place for establishing the ruling were not followed.

Overall a correct technical decision that didn’t determine that the mandate itself was unconstitutional

Everybody should please note that the sky screaming idiots do not have the ability to comprehend a well written opinion but would rather follow a supreme court justice that doesn’t know the constitution

The answer is Neither! It's okay for the President to issue temporary emergency measures. But after 30, 60, maybe 90 days, the congress should approve the mask mandates.

A single judge, making a ruling that takes away the freedom of citizens is repugnant to me. However, a single judge vacating a ruling that was undemocratically foisted on us, and which deprives us of freedom, is desirable.

I was just told the announcement was made in flight last night by someone en route to Juneau.

The entire plane applauded and ripped off masks. These sky screamers are in the tiny minority, yet dominate the media.
