Folks this is the very definition of THE DEEP STATE. Unbelievable! It is completely indefensible that they would not 100% implement the policies that both Marco and Trump brought before the American people just a few short months ago. Marco is going to fix this wrong and the Cuban people will be freed from the tyrannical oppression of the Castro regime if him and Trump have anything to say about it. The deep state will not win.
