Other than faith in the Lord, I base what I know on objective facts. The Trump post implies he's saving the taxpayer money when he travels to Mar-a-Lago as president.
Only a COMPLETE idiot would believe this. It would save taxpayers literally HUNDREDS of millions of dollars, if the President stayed in the White House we built for him rather than taking his almost weekly golfing excursions to his own properties...which of course receive the revenue and publicity which accompany his visits.
This doesn't even count the grift of him flying on the Qatari "flying palace" which he will take with him when he leaves office...along with the $400 million plus upgrades being funded by the taxpayers.
During his first term, (I couldn't find data for this term), President Trump spent 1 out of every 3.4 days of his presidency at one of Trump Organization properties around the world. The cost of each Mar-a-Lago trip alone is well over $1 million dollars a piece.
What White House business can the President conduct at Mar-a-Lago that he couldn't conduct at you know...the White House? Obviously those trips are for Trump's personal pleasure.
