I'm not surprised that it has happened... I am just surprised that they are telling us about it..

This ought to destroy the presumption of regularity, chain of custody, process and procedural fidelity, and the case. With all the manpower, time, and money, the federal government manages to always screw things up, and then they demand a second bite at the apple, repeatedly. But if you make the same types of mistakes, they want you buried under the jail.

That seems bizarre. When is the last time the FBI showed up without a production crew?…. And I guarantee the Mar a Lago staff recorded the recorders.

They continue to provide evidence that every charge is fabricated political garbage just like the Steele Dossier.

They had it redacted. It was ordered unredacted by Judge Cannon. They will have another 10 foot alien to keep this out of the headlines.

Although...they always go too far and always get caught. But they never are held accountable.

Imagine what they have done:if a KGB agent was on the take at the Brookings Institute for classified info and they HIRED him to cocoon him from the Dossiere'

This was in the Durham Report. Nothing to see here...

It's a BS raid based a BS case to start with. The crooks in government were just trying to cover their dirty butts because Trump was going to document and expose their BS in Crossfire Hurricane with John Solomon and other journalists.

In the recent SCOTUS arguments on immunity, part of the DOJ's argument about potential abuse came down to, "we're good people, you can trust us."

After months of his tacit DOJ support and endless contrarian bickering with ANYONE who opposes this obvious lawfare, he will show up and DEMAND you link a post where he specifically and unambiguously supported the DOJ against Trump. As if he needs to wear it on a fricking tee shirt in order for his clear intentions to be real.

What would be a typical next move by the defense, and judge? Typical punishment to a person like smith?
