A man was kicked off a Southwest flight for pulling his mask down to eat, but look closely and see if that was the real reason:

It was a legit video of a black passenger being kicked off a flight for "not having your mask on". The lead FA flat-out stated he didn't see the incident but was informed of it by the crew. The passengers near him stated he only removed his mask to eat (he had a box of crackers or something with him).
The complaining FAs were black, the lead was white, the passenger was black, the passengers defending him were white. The only noticeable issue was that he was wearing a TRUMP 2020 mask and a black hat with white lettering stating Blacks Voters for Trump (or something very close).
My wife was a Flight Attendant for 15 years (for a different airline). Something as menial as that instantly escalates to a GTFO event (ie: no "sir, you'll need to put your mask back on" encounters first) only if the FAs have taken a dislike to the customer for some reason.

I flew Southwest about a month ago. They asked you to keep the mask on at all times except when eating and drinking. The easy solution is to not drink your water when they give it to you and just leave it in on your tray. When they come by you can just say you are drinking.
On a different note, I’ll bet drink service goes away completely. Supposedly it’s too dangerous to hand me a coffee or a Coke but a cup of water is totally safe. It’s nothing to do with safety just penny pinching

It never ceases to amaze me, just how dumb some companies are, in regards to their customers. The airlines are hemorrhaging money so badly, Delta stated that it would take years to recover from COVID fiasco. Now, they double down and purposefully start pissing off their paying customers.

Because he's not a POS liberal spouting bullshite. He knows it wasn't about race and doesn't use it as some BS scapegoat. Dude did exactly what he should have done. Follow the authorities at the time of the incident, raise hell later and get paid.

Wasn’t about race. All about his hat and mask. Trump supporters are being discriminated against, and much worse in some cases.
