However, by law, employers can mandate vaccines. They are free to mandate many things.

Liability. A prescriber assumes some liability when they order drugs for off label use. I would gladly take Ivermectin if I was positive but I would say "proven to be beneficial" is over stating it. I would say studies are mixed at best and that would leave the prescriber with risk if the patient suffered untoward events due to the drug.

There were doctors that spoke out against the virus and it being politicized early on. My guess as to why you haven't heard any of them is because their research is buried and they are censored on social media.

Dan Erickson and Artin Massihi were doctors were slammed and censored from YouTube for "violating community guidelines" for saying that social distancing weakens the immune system. The same people that censored them belive that this was going to be 2 weeks to flatten the curve.

I am specifically looking for opposition to the hypocritical statements made by Fauci rejecting HCQ because it was unproven but recommending two other unproven drugs.

He was outrageously hypocritical and biased in his statement.

The body produces the protein by being exposed to virus as it happens naturally. The mnra vaccines manipulate the cell into producing the protein without exposure. Long term effects aren't known because there's never been a successful mrna vaccine to date. COVID-19 included.

There's a reason polio has been eradicated, and it wasn't through mrna vaccines.
