You should never cooperate with police without legal counsel present and advising you

I don't think the EMT's can declare someone dead
Correct, but they do have to record the pt's vitals etc....so in the EMT's reports should give you the information that you are seeking

It is not apparent the parameds examined him prior to moving to the ambulance. Meanwhile the cops are extremely interested in disrupting the wife's filming.
Sure, and they confiscated the video.
I found this king of telling. Police chief.

Stillings refused to answer a question last week that asked if Rodriguez was breathing when he was handcuffed.
Can't really say I blame him. They'll keep it all under wraps til the official investigation is released months down the road.

The first video was released by the attorney, it has obviously been edited and only shows the part after the man was being subdued. So the missing piece that I think we all would like to see is the cut out portion that the attorney did not want the public to see.

The other video that I saw was much longer, I think Dan bowed out of the thread, I do respect his and the other cop from St Francisville but other than that I haven't seen any cop poster that's been worth a damn.
In the original the EMTs aren't even working on him. The cops propped him up on their knees to make it look to his wife as if he was sitting up. Another poster described it better than me by calling it "weekend at Bernies" He was obviously dead. They also didn't seem to be in any hurry to get him loaded up. This whole thing stinks and the more of the bits and pieces that come out make the cops look even worse but keep defending them. As far as I'm concerned they murdered that man in front of his wife while she begged for his life. They are all scum and really should get the death penulty. But they won't I'm sure they will end up with some kind of commendation.

Unless it shows him armed, going after the police there's not much they can do to win the PR war.

You'll love it. Anchorage is a city that has a lot to do for a place it's size, plus the outdoor stuff
I'm looking forward to it. One of my buddies got bad into dope, his parents bought him a one way ticket to Alaska and told him to "work his way back to Maryland." Once he got there, he loved it and stayed put. I'm really looking forward to visiting him and the state.

Be sure to get out of the city, go to the Kenai, Prince William Sound, Denali. You never know if you'll make it that way again or not.

I have a cousin that moved there as soon as we graduated and she has never been back. I would love to visit as well. She lives in Anchoridge.

If you need specifics, look me up on here. I've done a lot of guiding across the state and know it well.

There ain't but one group of folks judging in here.

If mother and daughter had not acted like heatherns, cops would have never been there. If the husband had not been combative, he likely wouldn't have been sprayed and taken down.
yup. no judging here.

Do you think he'd be dead, if he hadn't run?
If he hadn't been combative, allegedly?
If his wife hadn't smacked their child around?
So if you do one of these things you deserve to be murdered by a gang of thugs with badges?
By the way, what does "combative" even mean? Many cops think they are entitled to respect, and if you don't tell them what they want to hear then you are displaying "combative" behavior...

according to the police statement he stepped pay the game warden and took a "fighting stance"
